1. All prices set by The Disc Shop have the following conditions:

a) All prices are quoted inclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST).

b) Prices of products are subject to change.

c) The Disc Shop reserves the right to refuse to accept any order, or part of any order without reason.

Payment
2. Payment is required in full prior to the delivery of any order, unless prior arrangements have been made with The Disc Shop.

Payment is currently accepted by;

• Cash
• Cheque
• Direct Bank Deposit
• Credit card. Visa & Mastercard only.

Shipping

3. The customer accepts to pay any delivery costs.

4. Goods should be inspected upon arrival by the customer and any problems should be promptly reported to both the carrier and The Disc Shop.

5. Any delivery times quoted by The Disc Shop are only estimates as to when delivery can be expected. They are not commitments.

6. All shipping prices are given as a guide only. The shipping charge may vary between orders depending on the type of packaging, weight or size.

Warranty
7. Warranty details vary on a product by product basis, please contact The Disc Shop for more information regarding a certain product.

8. Warranty does not cover damage to other equipment used in conjunction with the goods and warranty excludes damage caused by external influences.

9. Products are subject to the manufacturers warranty only.

Title
10. Ownership of the goods remains with The Disc Shop until paid for in full.

11. The picture of goods featured on this website may not be identical to the actual product.

Returns
12. Goods may only be returned if a “Return Code” has been obtained first.

13. Any costs involved in returning the goods will be the responsibility of the customer, unless under warranty.

14. Refunds are paid only on the value of the goods and do not cover any courier costs involved in sending the goods to the customer unless The Disc Shop is at fault.

15. Goods must be returned in the original packaging when possible.
